About Our Founder

Our Founder Has Security Clearance

Cleaning Plus More was officialy registered by Sheila G. Holley in 2012, but the business itself dates back to 1999. To better manage her lines of business she has created Cleaning Bay County, the commercial cleaning division of Cleaning Plus More in the Bay County Florida area.

At one time Sheila taught girls from 1st grade to teenage girls, teaching them self reliance, confidence and basic living skills. At another time she worked in a hospital under the supervision of a nurse watching patients who might harm themselves or others, she puts her experience in communicating with the girls and agitated patients to good use in.  Communication skills are essential in coordinating with staff, other departments in the facilities her company cleans, and outside services such as pest control, window cleaning, medical and solid waste disposal, document destruction and recyclers. Sheila is a good judge of character, a superb communicator and a skilled coordinator.

With 15 years experience in managing her cleaning company, she gets good performance out of her custodial staff. First and foremost clear guidelines are established for each specific customer. Staff know exactly what they are to do in the office or business they are cleaning, how to do it and they are held accountable for doing it. As a manager of her business she creates an environment where both she and her staff produce results that lead to the satisfaction of businesses employing her Jantitorial Company.

We conduct random inspections to make sure that our cleaning is up to standard, and require cleaning staff to sign off on the checklists, which would include all of the janitorial services we contract to perform.
